Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed on the reception of payment by bank transfer or by credit card 30% of your entire stay. The reservation will be confirmed after the settlement of 30% of your entire stay 15 days prior to your arrival. The balance will be ask on the day of your arrival.In high season : Easter school holidays (for zones A, B, C), Ascension, Pentecost, July, August, weekends and / or Bridges ( long weekends), 1st and 8th may and holidays of All Saints day, all cultural events, festivals, fairs, exhibitions and fairs organized in the region. A deposit of 30 % of the entire stay will be asked to confirm the booking by bank transfer 20 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation policy
No fee will be charge incase of cancelation 15 days prior to the date of arrival. A deposit is finally acquired by the owner in case of cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival.In case of no-show, the night will be charged at the rate specified on your booking confirmation. If the customer has decided to shortened his stay, total cost of room remains fully acquired by the owner.
All booking requests and modifications must be in writing, by email or fax. You can ask us the availability of our rooms by phone.
Children
The swimming pool is not monitored, children under 12 years and children who does’nt know how to swim, should not stay alone or without their parents on their side.Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am.Service
The toilets are cleaned every day.Dinner
Dinner will be served from 20 hours (8:00 PM). Reservations is made 24 hours in advance.Cooking
The kitchen is not accessible to customers.Animals
We do not accept animals.Time of arrival and departure
Arrival time is 4PM. In case of early arrival, we can store your luggage until the room is ready. You must report by phone in case of late arrival. No check in will be possible after 23h. Check out is at 11AM.Practical information
All parts of the house are non smoking. Customers are required to keep the room in perfect condition on departure. Customers must reporte to the owner in case of dammage or breakage.
